Career Development Center
Technical Approach
- As a core activity, Pakistan Jobs plans to work via Career Development Center across a number of organizational settings, as an entry point for young graduates, easily accessible for male and female youth, the unemployed, and other job applicants into the range of employment services and systems that Pakistan Jobs will seek to promote with its partners in Components 2 and 3.
- Recognizing the need for a diverse range of models to reach this broad population, Pakistan Jobs is to pilot 12 centers. Six centers have so far been identified and are already operating. These institutes include Greenwich University, IBA Sukkur, ICMAP, Pakistan Readymade Garment Institute, Sindh TEVTA PAK Swedish Institute, and Sindh TEVTA Women's Vocational Institute.
